Use a passion pillow to rub your G-spot just right.

favorite sex positions for g-spot orgasm
While out shopping I found a fantastic passion pillow. I like to place a pillow under my bum during sex in my favorite position. Not only does it make sex more comfortable.

It has the effect of tilting my hips and changing the angle of my vagina in such a way that causes my hubby’s penis to rub and press into my G-spot when he thrusts.

Seduce Your Wife and Have More Sex

I’m not sure what the ‘correct name’ of this sex positions is, as it has several. I like the Tantric name ‘The Flower Press’ best because I like to think of my femaleness and my sex as a flower and this position presses this flower’s button just right!

best g-psot orgasm positionsWe begin in the ‘missionary position’ with me lying on my back. Then once my hubby is inside me, I spread my legs wide, lift them up in the air, and place my ankles on my hubby’s shoulders and bring my legs closer together to take to strain off my hips. Sometimes I like the feeling of him between my thighs and I wrap my legs around his waist. I then lift up my bum and he places a pillow under my hips.

favorite sex positions for female orgasmMy hubby likes this position too. It allows him to have full view of me and he can lean against my thighs and support himself while using his hands to caress my breasts and play with my nipples, which I like a lot. He also says he likes it because he can watch me play with my clitoris.

In this position I love the way his penis rubs against the base of my clitoris inside my vagina and presses into my G-spot when he thrusts. Because I have developed my vagina muscles with regular pelvic exercise, I’ll have him enter me and remain still while I squeeze and milk his penis (The Velvet Grip technique), pressing it intobest sex positions my G-spot by flexing my vaginal muscles and bring myself to orgasm with him buried inside me.

Sometimes I use my hand to stimulate my clitoris. And sometimes I like to have him go really deep inside me so I pull my knees to my chest.

My hubby has learned he needs only to gently thrust his penis into my G-spot as I build up to orgasm, its more like a bumping motion than a thrust, or he remains still and enjoys the pleasure of my strong vagina gripping ans squeezing his penis and then my orgasmic contractions around his penis.

I also like it when he plays with my nipples during my build up to climax. Then, when I start to come, he pinches my nipples firmly (but not too hard) and gently pulls them as I reach the peak of my orgasm.

He has learned to wait for my most intense orgasm (usually the third or fourth one) to tug my nipples. Otherwise they are too tender for the next time we have sex.

The sight of my final intense orgasm, not only lets him know it is his turn to come, it usually turns him on so much he has no choice but to come. His grabbing of my legs and hungrily thrusting his penis into me as he climaxes, prolongs my own orgasmic pleasure.

I do have in my collection of sex accessories a Liberator® wedge. I usually keep it in the closet out of sight. It just doesn’t look like the kind of pillow you leave out. And when the time is right to use it, we are usually too involved in what we are doing to stop and get it out of the closet. Although I am sure my hubby would gladly retrieve it for me, if I asked.

But by this time I am too hungry to have his penis inside me, or I am enjoying the feeling of him being inside me and I don’t want to stop. So we make do with tucking one of the bed pillows under my bum.

use a sex pillow for better g-spot stimulationBut today I found the perfect passion pillow. It is wedged shaped to provide the necessary tilting of my hips to line up my G-spot with my hubby’s thrusting penis, and it is cute enough to leave on the bed when we are not using it for sex.

And if that isn’t enough to get you excited, it also comes in several different colors and has bling. You can choose from ‘Diva’ or a peace sign design (I thought the peace sign was cleaver play on words if you think of the pillow as a sex accessory). It only costs $12 at your local BigLots store! If you want one you better act fast because I don’t know how long they will have them in stock.

9 Naughty sex tips I learned from a porn star

Anyone can give advice. And when the advice comes from someone with experience you want to pay attention.

Adult actress Ryan Keely, listed nine of her sex tips in Penthouse® magazine. Normally I don’t pay much attention to porn stars, as I find much of what they say about sex is just a bunch of over hyped nonsense and just a means of selling their product and with little value.

However, as I read Miss Keely’s sex tips I found myself relating with she was say and for the most part in agreement. She has some really good sex tips. Keep in mind she openly admits she doesn’t make love but rather; has sex. If you are a man reading this and you are with a woman who is more into romance and not so much the bad-girl type, take it slow and gauge her reactions. You want to come across as naughty; not nasty.

For the ladies reading this, it is okay to break out of your nice-girl mode. Especially behind closed doors with the one you love. It took me awhile to get in touch with my inner bad-girl and I am glad I did. Also, being a bad-girl in private does not make you a sl*t or anything like that. It just makes you a passionate lover and makes your hubby think about you more, a lot more. Trust me on this.

If you feel awkward being naughty, time your adventure into naughtiness around your monthly cycle when you feel the most horny. Now to the porn star’s sex tips:

1. Ryan recommends having snacks on hand for the after sex “munchies”. I have to admit after a nice orgasm (or two or three or more if you are like me and have developed your orgasmic ability) I feel “starving”. My favorite after sex and orgasm snacks is fresh strawberries with whipped cream. These are not always on hand, so for me cheese and crackers work. She recommends keeping an after sex sandwich on hand and have to I agree, having something available to eat after sex is a great idea.
2. Men it is bad manners to come and be done. Ryan says when a woman is with a man she expects him to help her get off. I agree with her on this. During my self cultivation sessions I am totally responsible for my own orgasms, but when I am with my hubby I expect him to help me climax. This doesn’t mean a man has to be some kind super stud. He should enjoy his orgasm, and not hold back and not feel guilty. He should just realize it ain’t over until his lady sings (screams, moans or shouts) in orgasmic bliss. “You are not done until I come too (or three or four….)” says Ryan. I agree.
3. She advises men not to try every single foreplay move they have ever heard of on a woman they are with. Foreplay is important, but not 20 minutes important. When a woman wants sex, 5 minutes or so of foreplay is usually enough to get her juices flowing if it is done right. The important thing is to make sure she is wet and wanting. If need be, use some lubrication before thrusting into her. There have been many times when I was ready and wanting, but I wasn’t very wet. Contrary to what you may have read in erotic books and magazines, how wet a woman is, is not always an indication of how turned on she is. Men don’t be afraid to use lubrication. Ryan also recommends that men at least some of the time have the woman come first. She also advises men to remember oral sex is sex, and not foreplay. Here again I have to agree with her. Get me turned on first, and then you can add oral sex to the mix.

4. She says men should not keep asking permission during sex. Of course sex has to be consensual, and don’t try anything you know the woman finds objective. But once things get going, stop asking. Just do it. A woman will let you know if they don’t like what you are trying. If it is something you haven’t tried before and she doesn’t object, chances are she will like it or at least appreciate the initiative.
5. Don’t try too many positions during one session of sex. Orgasmic tensions needs time to build. Constantly changing positions makes it difficult to relax and enjoy the moment and build up towards climax. It is better to spread your experimenting with new positions over several sex sessions.
6. Don’t be passive. Be a man. This does not mean a man should be a brute. But he should not make a woman feel she is forcing herself on him. She recommends men be active participants in the fun and games.
7. Part of being an active participant is making some noise, advises Ryan. Tell the woman how it feels, “even if all you can get out is grunts and expletives.” She says, “It is the least you can do.” She is quite vocal during sex and appreciates it when a man lets her know with a few dirty comments and some moans he is enjoying the sex too. I agree with her on this. I don’t particularly like a lot of expletives, but a little dirty talk at the right time fuels my inner bad girl. Men are too quiet during sex.
8. Don’t get all weird about bodily fluids. Ryan points out sex is messy, especially good sex. She advises men learn to love it because good sex is worth it. I say this goes for the ladies too. I think a lot more women would ejaculate during sex if they weren’t so concerned about making a mess and just let go.
9. Do spooning after sex. Ryan says, “Life will be easier and your sex life will be better if you’re the little spoon from time to time”. She has got that right. I like most women like to cuddle, especially after sex.

And remember the after sex snack. I forgot to mention I also like chocolate after sex, Dove ® Dark is my favorite, and I believe it increases my desire for more sex.

Ladies Get the Hot Hand Job You Crave and Enjoy Hours of Bliss

how to finger a woman

Seduction for Guys in a Relationship

When you hear the term “hand job” you usually think of it in terms of a man’s penis. However, women enjoy a good hand job too.

The term “fingering” or “finger f@#$ing” a woman is often used but I don’t think it properly conveys the right idea of what it means to pleasure a woman by gently and carefully stroking her vulva and clitoris with the fingers and hands.

“Fingering” and “finger f@#$ing” sounds too rough and implies the need to insert a finger into the vagina. A more accurate description would be a “vulva massage”. But that sounds too clinical. It would be like calling a hand job on a man a “penis massage”. While accurate, it just doesn’t sound very sexy.

I suppose you could correctly call it a “yoni massage”, but again that doesn’t sound sexy enough and too new age. I like the raw sexiness of the term “hand job” whether referring to pleasuring man or a woman with the hand and fingers. It sounds gritty and sexy without being too vulgar, clinical or mystical.

The term “hand job” clearly conveys the idea of using the hands for giving pleasure. And just as there are many techniques for giving a man a hand job, the same is true when giving a woman a hand job.

The one thing male and female hand jobs have in common is the need for plenty of lubrication. The best way to ensure this is to use some Astroglide® or something similar. Petroleum jelly makes a very good lubricant for a great hand job on a woman (or a man for that matter). Just be aware that it will dissolve things made out of latex such as condoms.

Never ever try to stroke the clitoris with out plenty of lubrication. Plenty of lube not only increases pleasure, it will decrease the likelihood of irritating the sensitive clitoral tissue.

Here are some easy and satisfying techniques to use…

The Zen of Giving a Woman a Hot Hand Job

Circling the Clitoris – use the tips or pads of the fingers to make big circles around the clitoris. Avoid direct contact with the clitoris at first. Gradually make the circles smaller and smaller until just the tip of the clitoris is being circled. Lots of lube and a light touch are important when directly stimulating the clitoris.

Drumming and Stroking the Labia – Lightly tapping along the length of the labia gives good vibrations. Change to lightly stroking the length of the labia then go back to tapping.

Stiring It Up – Insert 2 fingers (usually the middle and index fingers) and gently stir. The idea is to gently wake up the entire vaginal wall, including the g-spot and a-spot. Deeper and more vigorous stimulation of these can be added later as arousal levels increase and the desire for more vigorous stimulation .

Wag the Tip – Move one or two fingers rapidly from side to side across the tip of the clitoris. If this is too intense move the surrounding tissue and clitoral hood instead.

Experiment to find the combination of moves that work best and if in doubt ask. And remember speed is often not as important as consistency for most women.

How to Make a Woman Horny – Seducing Your Wife for Great Sex

What you've never seen a horny woman before?

"How do you make a woman horny?"

My husband used to ask me this, out a desire to figure out what he could do to get me all hot and bothered and in the mood for some hot and heavy passionate sex.

The problem is there is not a simple answer. Women are complicated. Or as my husband puts it “Women are tricky.” What worked the last time won’t necessarily work the next time. There is no simple answer, but there is a way to consistently get a woman horny.

To tell you the truth, I don’t even know why there are times when I get so turned by my husband I am aching to tear his clothes off and jump his bones.

I must admit since I started taking responsibility for my own sexuality and developing my sexual responsiveness by changing my diet and exercising my vagina muscles and using my sexuality to express my femininity (with my husband if you know what I mean), it is a whole lot easier to get turned on and get things moving quickly. And the finish (orgasm) is sooooo much easier and better now thanks to my discovery and use of the ezCOME and the ezOrgasm Diet.

Female Orgasm Enhancement
Ladies Learn How to Be at Your Very Best

The pelvic exercise, diet and mental attitude changes don’t completely explain why I sometimes get really turned on by my husband though. Unlike men, arousal for a woman is only partly physical. Granted a woman’s sexual engine must be running smoothly for her to get turned on, but the emotional and psychological triggers are hard to explain.

It’s kind of like asking a guy why he gets turned on by an attractive woman. Him saying he is attracted to a woman because she is “hot” or “sexy” doesn’t say what it is about her that makes her “sexy”. He could say it is her curves or her breasts or her butt. But if you ask him why that makes her attractive he will most likely say something like “it just does” and not be able to really explain why.

A guy just knows he is attracted to a woman’s charms. A “woman’s charms” are pretty well understood by men---and women for that matter. But a “man’s charms” or in other words what it is about a man that turns a woman on is harder to define. Even for us women. We can say this or that turns us on but in reality it is often something totally different from what we think. Many times women are not even consciously aware of what turns us on sexually. We know when we are turned on and not necessarily how we got that way.

Read how Robert learned the 'Secrets to Getting Her in the Mood' so he could get the sex he needs from his lady.

No wonder men say they don’t know what women want, because we often don’t know ourselves. We don’t know what we want but we do respond when we get it!

I can tell you one thing for sure. Knowing the latest and greatest sex techniques doesn’t get a woman turned on. Knowing how to pleasure a woman is great once she is turned on, but that knowledge alone won’t get her turned on in the first place and ready to jump a man’s bones.

Another common mistake is thinking that making a woman feel loved and cherished will also make her horny. I know this must be confusing because a lot of relationship gurus talk about how important the “relationship” is to a woman. This is true and having a good relationship is important to a woman and makes her open to the idea of having sex, but feeling loved and cherished does not get a woman sexually aroused and craving to be with her man sexually.

So if being a good man, making a woman feel loved, and doing romantic things aren’t the key to getting a woman horny and crazy for sex, then what will? The answer is: Seduction!

Seduction is the art of turning a woman on and getting her horny without her realizing it. This is a skill most men in a relationship (as in married) don’t have or use. You may think that seducing women is only for single guys wanting to make a quick score, but you are so wrong.

If you want your lady to be horny for you then you need to learn how to seduce her.

Just as it is important for a woman to be seductive and alluring to her partner, it is her responsibility to be sexually attractive to him and sexy. The same goes for a man, he has a responsibility to learn how to seduce his woman and make her sex crazy for him.

Imagine the hot sex that goes on in a partnership where the woman works at being alluring, attractive and sexy to her man and he in turn learns how to seduce her and push her mental and emotional arousal buttons. Wow, let me tell you the sex is hot, passionate, intense and frequent.

Although I can’t tell you exactly what my hubby does to seduce me and make me horny I can tell you it works and I can tell you he uses seduction techniques.

Orgasmic Exercise - Get Fit for Orgasm

The first Monday in January is the busiest day of the year for gyms.

Studies show that New Year’s resolutions to begin exercising last about 2 weeks. People that join a gym go for the first couple of weeks then around the 15th of January attendance at gyms begins to drop off.

Maybe knowing those women who exercise have twice as many orgasms at those who don’t will help keep you motivated.

More than 80% of women who use a pelvic exerciser notice improvements in their sexual experience and orgasms within 4 weeks.

And the longer they keep at it the better it gets.

Effective pelvic exercises only take minutes a day with a pelvic exerciser.

You don’t have to join a gym and pelvic exercises are fun. Some women climax during their exercise sessions.

Make a New Year’s resolution you will actually keep. Start a vaginal fitness program this year.

I recommend the ezCOME. A simple way to exercise in the only way proven to quickly improve your pelvic muscle strength and sexual awareness. Learn to identify and control the correct muscles then squeeze against the resistance.

My Marvelous Toy - the Hitachi Magic Wand

Over the holidays my son fell in love with the song “The Marvelous Toy” and has been singing it everyday. It got me thinking about my own "marvelous toy" my husband bought me after we married.

Growing up I was a little insecure about my sexuality. I guess every teenage girl is to some degree. I was fortunate in that I grew up in a religious home where sex was regarded as something sacred and something special and ment to be enjoyed by a husband and wife and not something that was dirty or to be ashamed of.

So when I discovered the joys of masturbation as a teenager I tried to keep it to a minimum, realizing it was important to know how my body worked so I could share it with my husband after I got married.

My hubby tells me he was glad I had gotten familiar with my body and knew how to orgasm when we got married and was greatful I was a virgin (we both were) and not a prude.

Even with this mindset I was still a little shy about sex after we got married. So I was thrilled when my husband bought me "my marvelous toy". You see even though I enjoyed sex and knew how to climax; it took a lot of work (back then). So to make it easier for me to climax he bought me a Hitachi Magic Wand electric vibrator. He even left me a little note encouraging me to test drive it in private so I could get comfortable using it to achieve orgasm by myself and so I could share that knowledge with him later.

The Hitachi Magic Wand is probably the best appliances we have ever purchased and is still going strong after nearly 2 decades of regular use. In fact we often give a Hitachi Magic Wand as a wedding present to young couples.

So if you don’t own a Hitachi Magic Wand now I strongly recommend you get one---the sooner the better!

Just a little note to you men, don’t feel threatened by a vibrator. The more orgasms a woman has the more she wants. Using a vibrator makes orgasm happen quicker and with less work. Don’t worry she won’t replace having sex with you for having sex with herself and the Hitachi Magic Wand. She will still want your "Magic Wand" and more often too.

And just think how much you’ll enjoy fondling her and watching her get off, ooh la la!

Another thing about having a Hitachi Magic Wand is if you forget to put it away and the kids or in-laws find it you wont be embarrassed because after all it is just a massager for sore muscles right (wink, wink).

Next time I will share some ways to Hack your Hitachi Magic Wand and make it an even more marvelous toy.

Multiple Female Orgasms During Sex - Oh my gosh I thought it was me in the video!

Oh my gosh, I thought this was me when I saw this video!

I would never allow my hubby to make a video like this. He knows if he did he would never see me naked again.

When I saw it, I thought "wow that girl is just like me". I mean seeing the way she gets it on, enjoys herself and climaxes multiple times was like seeing a video of me and my hubby getting in on. After watching it I had to go find him and use him, if you know what I mean.

Just to be clear, I want you to know that IT IS NOT ME in the video.

But the way she enjoys sex and comes over and over is just like me (now that is).

Just so you know the video shows a couple having sex, it is graphic but it is not gross or cheesy. It is homemade but it has good quality video.

The rumor is her boyfriend/husband/lover was so impressed with the difference in their sex after she began using ezCOME that he captured it on video and sent it in. Too bad he didn't have a before and after.

Trust me on this, if a woman uses the ezCOME faithfully sex can be just like what you see in the video for her, Oh Baby!

11 Secrets About Female Orgasm, Stimulation and Penis Size Men Need to Know

Here are 11 facts all men must know about female orgasms and satisfying a woman sexually:

  1. Women can experience 2 different kinds of orgasms namely clitoral (the most common and the one most women are familiar with) and vaginal (less common but can be learned and enjoyed with a little training).

  2. A few women can’t orgasm at all.

  3. The majority of women can only orgasm from having their clitoris stimulated manually, orally or with a vibrator.

  4. Less than half of all women can have vaginal orgasms. They can learn with training and practice, but most don’t know how.

  5. Since most women must have clitoral stimulation, they don’t climax during intercourse unless additional stimulation is provided to the clitoris.

  6. For more than half of all women, their ability to orgasm has absolutely nothing to do with the size of a man’s penis.

  7. For the women that can have vaginal orgasms, they generally have 2 kinds: the cul-de-sac orgasm or the G-spot orgasm. Most women who can have a cul-de-sac orgasm can also have G-spot orgasms. The cul-de-sac is located deeper inside up behind the cervix. While stimulation of the cul-de-sac can be pleasurable, most women do not like the feel of the cervix being touched with a probing finger or bumped with a long penis. A 5 inch penis is usually long enough to reach the cul-de-sac depending on the woman.

  8. The other vaginal orgasm comes by stimulating the G-spot. It is not really a spot but more of an area located along the front wall of the vagina a couple of inches in. Depending on the woman the G-spot area can be as small as a pea or as large as silver dollar. The G-spot responds to firm pressure and gentle tapping. This can be a drawback because when the G-spot is first stimulated she my feel she has to urinate. Stimulation of the G-spot often causes fluid to build up in the Skene’s glands or female prostrate. Many women are uncomfortable with the sensation of fluid building up and are afraid the fluid they release is urine. Numerous studies have confirmed the fluid or female ejaculate is not urine but is akin to prostrate fluid found in male ejaculate. And like a man’s, her ejaculation fluids can “squirt” out from the urethra during orgasm and is completely normal.

  9. A man does not need a long penis to give a woman who is capable a vaginal orgasm. In most cases a 5 inch long penis is all that is required for a G-spot or cul-de-sac orgasm.

  10. Girth or thickness is NOT a significant factor in satisfying a woman. While some women enjoy the “stretched like a water balloon” feeling, most women do not. To large a girth can cause pain during sex. Men of average or small girth may be concerned if they do not feel the vagina tight around their penis and the vagina feels too loose and does not provide enough stimulation. This situation is much more effectively remedied by the women strengthening her pelvic muscles than by a man trying to add girth which may be possible but the process takes months.

Whereas a woman can strengthen and tighten her “grip” in just a few weeks. The stronger the pelvic muscles the stronger the orgasms and the tighter the “grip” during sex. The ezCOME (easy Clinical Orgasm Muscle Exerciser) is an excellent way for a woman to strengthen her PC and pelvic muscles. A man would be much better off purchasing an ezCOME for a woman that wasting money on questionable male enhancement products.

Women with very strong pelvic muscles can easily orgasm vaginally just by flexing their muscles, with or without a penis inside. They can also flex their muscles around an inserted penis and give a man wonderful sensations (Velvet Grip Technique) . The point is a man’s penis size is not as important as a woman’s vaginal strength when it comes to a woman’s orgasm. It is the tapping sensation on the G-spot and/or cul-de-sac that triggers a vaginal orgasm and not the stretching and filling up sensation from a large penis. Hitting the right spot in a tight and toned vagina is more important than size.

  11. In real life, women generally need a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes of direct, consistent and skilled clitoral stimulation to have a clitoral orgasm. In porn the women are shown having multiple vaginal orgasms within moments of penetration. While such orgasmic abilities are possible, such women are rare, and the instant multiple orgasms portrayed in porn are exaggerated and pretended. In the real world women typically react very differently than the stylized porn queens. Also all the men in porn are huge and their size has nothing to do with the fake orgasms of their co stars. Remember they are actors. Men, don’t make the mistake of thinking your size has anything to do with your woman’s orgasms.

Men sometimes find these female orgasm facts hard to believe. Men will get much more out of sex by focusing on their sex skills and her pelvic muscle tone rather than worrying about the size of his penis.

Is My Vagina the Right Size and Does Size Matter?

Does size really matter?

The Brits studied the vulvas and vaginas of premenopausal women and compared them. You may wonder why I mentioned vaginas and vulvas separately. While most women think of their vaginas and vulvas as a complete package; not so in medical circles. They look at the vagina as more of a penis receptacle and birth canal and the vulva is considered a doorway and pleasure center. If they only knew.

In this British study at the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Hospital, in London, they measured everything about the vulva: the size of the clitoris; the size and location of the urethra; the size, color, texture and thickness of the labia; the location in relation to your anus. You get the idea. In another study they took measurements of the vaginas of 39 women.

Here is what they found: “women vary widely in genital dimensions.” Or in other words everybody is different and variety is normal. They did find that genital dimensions tend to mirror body type: the bigger a woman is and the taller she is the more likely she is to have a slightly larger vagina. A bigger role in vaginal size was age and the number of times a woman had given birth. The doctors found the length of the vagina varied between 2 ¾ inches and 5 ¾ inches while the width was between just under 2 inches to 2 ½ inches.

Another factor even more important for vagina size than a woman’s body type, age and number of child births are the strength and size of the vagina muscles or pelvic floor. Women with poor pelvic muscle development have vagina muscles as small as a ½ inch thick, while women with healthy and strong vaginas have muscles 2 inches thick or more.

While a woman can’t change the appearance and location of her vagina she can control the tightness, strength and health of her vagina through proper pelvic exercise. While Kegel exercises are a good place to start, for a woman to properly exercise her vagina muscles and get the maximum benefits (not only a tight vagina but better orgasms too) she needs to use a pelvic exerciser such as the ezCOME.

Women have a great advantage over men in this regard. While it is possible for man to make his penis larger, the process is painful and takes months. For a woman who uses a pelvic exerciser she can tighten herself up in just a few weeks and the process is easy and enjoyable.
